Founder,  Mindfulness Guide

Hey, I’m Suzanna—a fun-loving adventurer who feels most alive when I’m outdoors, chasing meaningful experiences and connecting deeply with myself and others. Whether it’s hiking alpine trails, gliding across a calm lake on a paddleboard, or carving fresh lines in the snow, nature is where I find my spark.

It’s more than just a playground—it’s a teacher, a grounding force, and a source of endless inspiration. Over the years, I’ve paired my love of adventure with a deep dive into personal development, embracing practices like yoga, breathwork, journaling, and meditation to navigate life’s chaos and cultivate joy.

With over a decade of experience coaching communication and leadership skills, I’ve discovered the magic that happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and empowered. Whether it’s breaking through self-doubt, building stronger relationships, or finding the courage to take bold action, I’m passionate about helping others unlock their potential and create lives that feel both intentional and fulfilling.

Adventure Alchemist

Hey, I’m Erika—a travel-loving, kitchen dance party having, adventure seeking soul.  Whether I’m skiing down powdery slopes, hiking or biking through alpine trails, or paddle boarding on a lake, I’m always happiest when I’m surrounded by nature.

I love being outdoors and find that regardless of the setting, nature grounds me and always provides me the perspective I need. I’ve been exploring mindfulness for years, weaving yoga, breath work, sound baths and meditation into my life to find balance and joy amidst the chaos. After over a decade as an executive in the nonprofit world, I traded office life for a backpack and spent a year traveling through Latin America with my young family. It was an absolutely life changing and course correcting experience. 

Now, I do my best to savor life’s little moments and love inspiring others to get outsidechallenge their limits and find joy in the everyday. Over the past couple of years, I have worked with Timbernook and supported homeschooling families by creating engaging outdoor programs for kids. I love getting children  outside and recognize how important nature is for all of us, young and old. Through Mindful Adventures, I’m excited to help adults connect with nature, themselves, and others in meaningful and fun ways.
